The Business Case for Healthcare Retro-Commissioning

Retro-commissioning (RCx) is a systematic process that identifies low-cost operational and maintenance improvements in an existing building that has not previously been commissioned. This course will focus specifically on the over-arching need for retro-commissioning in the healthcare field, and discusses how to present the business case for retro-commissioning by illustrating the positive impact that retro-commissioning can have on the energy efficiency of healthcare facilities.
